What BlueFox is not

• Not an observability platform. We don't sell the firehose or the dashboards; observability tooling is a road that leads here, never the thing itself. We keep the record your tools can point at.
• Not compliance automation. We are what an evidence request points at — not the workflow that collects the screenshots.
• Not an agent firewall. We record and verify; we never block, police, or approve.
• Not a data feed. Answers ship as checkable evidence with provenance — not rows to take on faith.
• Not a crypto venture. Agents can pay per call in stablecoins over an open protocol, and that is plumbing, not identity. There is no BlueFox token, and we have no plans for one.

And the half we built that the field hasn't: Every established receipts vendor signs what an agent did; none verifies what it relied on — a few bind input hashes or pin a model version, self-declared snapshots never checked against a source. One three-week-old entrant now checks registry lookups against allowlisted sources — a single deterministic check type; no vendor in the field ships verified citation- or source-checking (17 vendors surveyed, 2026-08-23).
