FOR INSTITUTIONS

Every mature economy runs on institutions of record — the price on the tape, the rating in the manual, the audience in the book. The agent economy is forming without one. BlueFox is building it: independent, signed, time-locked evidence of what AI agents and the systems they rely on actually do, fit for audit, underwriting, and dispute: signed, timestamped, independently checkable. We sell to every side and compete with none. We measure; we never grade.

Who this is for

The compliance officer preparing for an examination, who needs to show what the firm's agents did in a given month — signed, and checkable by the examiner without an account. The underwriter pricing a risk that includes software acting on a client's behalf, who needs measurements, not a vendor's grade. General counsel in a dispute where the two sides disagree about what an agent did, who needs a record neither side keeps. The procurement reviewer with a checklist, who needs every item below public, dated and testable before the first call.

For procurement

Everything a review usually asks for, in one place. Every destination linked in the numbered items below is public: no account, no NDA, no call first. This page itself is not yet launched: a reader without an access token sees the coming-soon notice covering this page and cannot click through it; each destination in the numbered items below is public at its own address and can be reached there directly, without this page.

1 · A receipt you can check yourself. One real receipt, minted through the live engine under the live signing key, published as the exhibit — plus the check, runnable in your browser, and the key set it checks against.
→ the specimen · run the check · the published keys

2 · Security. How to report an issue, what to expect, and what is out of scope. The machine-readable contact record is published under /.well-known/security.txt (RFC 9116).
→ security · the disclosure policy

3 · Terms of Service. In force, effective-dated, with the notice commitment for changes stated in the terms themselves.
→ terms

4 · Privacy Policy. What we collect, how long we keep it, and who else touches it — including what we send to a third party and why.
→ privacy

5 · Subprocessors, named. Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (LLM verification), and our cloud hosting provider. Of these, Anthropic may receive the text of the claims you submit. We do not sell data to any third party.
→ privacy §6

6 · Data Processing Agreement. Not yet published on this page — available on request (Privacy Policy §7).

A receipt you hold remains verifiable against our published keys after our stored copy is purged. That is the sentence procurement should test first: it means a receipt outlives our copy of it, and outlives us.
