BlueFox Edge is the record of what AI agents do. When software acts on someone's behalf — buying, filing, negotiating, deciding — BlueFox writes each action down as a signed receipt that anyone can verify against published keys, with no account and no permission from BlueFox, and keeps a continuous, signed watch on the models and services those agents rely on. Verification is always free. The company sells to every side of a transaction and competes with none; it measures and never grades. BlueFox Edge is built by Format Dynamics, Inc. (DBA BlueFox).
Format Dynamics is led by its founder and chief executive, Ethan Holien.
Why now: agents have begun to transact, file and negotiate without a person watching each step. The institutions that made earlier markets legible — the tape, the register, the audit trail — do not yet exist for this one. BlueFox is building the record first, so that when the question is asked, the answer is already signed.
